Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of our treasury operations? Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, youll be at the heart of our financial operationsmanaging cash flow forecasting, overseeing banking transactions across multiple accounts (including client banking), and preparing accurate banking journals. Your insights will directly inform our weekly cash position reports, helping us stay agile and informed. Youll also take ownership of our credit card portal and direct debit schedule, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Plus, youll work closely with our Financial Control Manager to support the management of fixed-term deposits. If you have experience in a treasury function, such as Treasury Specialist, Financial Analyst, Treasury Manager, Treasury Analyst, Treasurer, Finance Manager or Treasury Accountant, wed love to hear from you. Knowledge, skills and experience What youll need for the role: AAT qualification or studying towards your chartered accountancy qualification Experience working within a treasury function, with banking responsibility Working knowledge of cashflow models and cashflow forecasting Experience of working to month end deadlines What would be nice: Prior experience using SUN systems Experience working in a Housing Association or client banking function Training: Our award-winning in house training team will help you to gain valuable qualifications, continually develop your skills and build a great career with the largest provider of housing, care and support in Sussex.
