General Supply Teacher – Secondary School
Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Contract: September – 24th October
Key Stages: KS3 & KS4
Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered)
We are seeking a versatile and committed General Supply Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Chorley from September until 24th October.
This short-term role will involve covering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3–KS4), supporting students’ learning and maintaining high standards of classroom engagement and behaviour.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
* Confident teaching across a variety of subjects at secondary level
* Has strong classroom management and communication skills
* Is flexible, resilient, and proactive in supporting young people’s learning
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
