National Account Manager - eRetail
Location: London (2 days a week in the office)
* Bonus - up to 20%
* Hybrid Working
OUR CLIENT:
This business is one of the fastest growing beauty and skincare brands in the UK with some of the most recognised brands in the market. They grew by around 15% in 2023 and this accelerated again to growth of approx. 20% in 2024. They are fully expecting to further accelerate this year also with +20% growth again.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Due to the rapid growth they have been seeing we are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join the team as a National Account Manager to work on key e-Retail accounts including the likes of Lookfantastic, Sephora, John Lewis among others.
As a National Account Manager, you will take ownership of some of the most critical accounts in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Look Fantastic, Sephora and John Lewis among others.
* Develop and execute Joint Business Plans to drive sales, marketing activation, and NPD launches.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure best-in-class execution.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align strategies and deliver results.
* Analyse performance data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement commercial initiatives to maximise brand impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience working with eRetail would be ideal however if you have experience of working with other accounts including some online that would work as well.
* Strong background in Beauty, Skincare, or wider FMCG.
* Proven track record in managing high-profile accounts and delivering commercial growth.
* Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
