The role
Reporting to the Sales Director (Fenestration), the successful candidate will be responsible for managing their defined territory, which includes Fabricators, Installers, and other influencers, to secure the best possible business performance and market penetration for VEKA.
This position will focus on maximising sales to meet and exceed targets in line with the Company’s objectives. The role covers the North West area.
What you'll do
* Maximise profit and cash generation through effective planning, budgeting, and delivery of revenue targets for existing customers and new business.
* Develop Account Plans for key accounts and other customers to sustainably grow the area year on year.
* Listen to and act upon individual customer needs to ensure VEKA delivers value in the right areas.
* Maximise area revenue through the sale of new VEKA products, ensuring the Customers’ sales teams have everything needed to bring new products to market quickly.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, company policy, and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement.
* Gather market, competitor, and prospective customer information and feed this back to relevant departments.
* Present effective, tailored presentations to both external and internal customers.
* Provide timely and accurate activity reports, records, and information.
* Attend exhibitions on behalf of VEKA plc and their customers.
