Job Description:
We’re looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Specialist Support Worker to join our Theresa House and Hamlets Way service in Tower Hamlets.

Teresa House and Hamlets Way are supported housing accommodations for adults with mental health issues, providing high levels of support. The role involves developing support and risk management plans, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting customers in various aspects including social activities, medication, benefits, and employment opportunities.
This role requires a valid Right to Work for the UK; Look Ahead is not a sponsoring organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake key working responsibilities and assessments
* Create support plans based on assessments
* Provide guidance to staff and develop community links
* Empower customers to access services and benefits
* Maintain accurate records and manage rent accounts
* Adhere to policies and participate in training
* Liaise with agencies and support housing management
* Support clients with tenancy agreements and housing transitions
* Participate in meetings, training, and stay updated on relevant developments
* Maintain confidentiality and health & safety standards

Qualifications and Experience:
