They are seeking a confident and organised HR Administrator to assist their busy People team on a temporary basis.This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR team
2. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
3. Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing documentation andpletingpliance checks
4. Support recruitment administration such as scheduling interviews and managing applicant details
5. Handle enquiries from employees and managers, ensuring professional and timely responses
6. Prepare letters, contracts, and HR documents
7. Support with general office and team tasks as required
About You:
8. Previous experience in HR administration OR strong admin background with interest in HR
9. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
10. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
11. Strongmunication skills
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident working with databases
13. A proactive, friendly, and supportive approach
