Job Description
Ready to take charge and steer projects towards success with your proven delivery expertise? Our Major Programme Services (MPS) team is looking for exceptional Delivery Managers. As part of PA’s Delivery stream, the MPS team works across the defence, major projects & infrastructure, transport, and public sector domains in client-facing roles on long‑term assignments. As a Delivery Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients to deliver some of the UK’s most complex products and services. Your expertise in delivery management will be crucial in supporting the successful achievement of outcomes for our clients. You’ll set the team up for success, support them in problem solving and planning, and enable them to come up with their own insights within the complex constraints our clients face today. You’ll be fully client-facing, harnessing metrics from the team to improve throughput and inform stakeholders.

You Will Have Opportunity To
* Play a role in the formation and running of high performing cross functional teams.
* Deliver products and projects using the appropriate methodology, learning and iterating frequently.

Qualifications
* Experience and knowledge of estimating, scoping and delivering products, services, and outcomes using a variety of delivery techniques and methods.
* Experience of working in technical/engineering projects using Agile Delivery methods.
* Experience or certification in project management or project controls methodologies (PMQ, Prince2 etc) is desirable.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems, and to make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
