Job Description
System Architect Software is a core capability for my client, supporting the delivery of complex, high impact systems across sectors including healthcare, communications, and industrial technology. The System Architect will play a key role across the full lifecycle from early concept and system definition through to delivery working closely with clients and leading both technical direction and project outcomes.Key Responsibilities
* Define and own high level system architecture for complex software-driven products
* Translate ambiguous requirements into clear, scalable, and secure system designs
* Lead architectural decisions, including technology selection and system trade-offs
* Oversee delivery to ensure alignment with architectural intent
* Engage with stakeholders at both technical and commercial levels
Key Requirements
* Proven experience designing complex, end-to-end software systems
* Expertise in system architecture and high-level design
* A strong academic background from A levels
* Experience leading projects, teams, and budgets in a commercial environment
* Ability to operate across the full development lifecycle, from concept to delivery
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Embedded C/ C++
