Key Responsibilities:
Assembling automotive components to specification
Quality checking finished parts for defects
Working on a production line or at individual stations
Using hand and power tools (training provided)
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
Supporting wider production team as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (automotive experience is a bonus)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work at a consistent pace
Punctual, reliable, and a good team player
Own transport is desirable due to location
