🧠Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-driven SOP & Risk Assessment Coordinator to lead the development, implementation, and review of operational procedures and risk assessments across our warehouse and logistics operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
📋 Key Responsibilities
* Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities
* Conduct thorough Risk Assessments and implement control measures
* Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, including COSHH, PUWER, and LOLER
* Collaborate with operational teams to identify hazards and improve safety practices
* Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
* Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings
* Support audits and inspections from internal and external bodies
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems
