About the team and your deliverables...
Reporting to the SVP, Commercial & Operations, we seek a Sales & Business Development Manager to join us in the UK, France, or Germany. Your role involves expanding Trustonic’s Secure Platform customer base in the Automotive, Future Mobility, and IoT & Connected Devices sectors, opening new accounts, and managing key relationships.
Your responsibilities include:
* Developing relationships within ecosystems and partnerships (Silicon providers, OEMs, Tier 1s) to meet sales targets
* Managing the regional sales pipeline from start to signed agreement
* Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
* Creating strategies to acquire new customers across sectors, collaborating internally and with industry partners
* Leading sales campaigns to successful closure
* Providing market insights to support GTM strategies
* Translating market feedback into product requirements
* Identifying and supporting strategic partner prospects
* Driving account management with key clients
* Leveraging global team knowledge to maximize sales opportunities
* Recognizing security opportunities to expand into other verticals and presenting strategic plans to leadership

You are/have:
* A self-starter, effective alone or in teams
* A proven hunter, experienced in breaking into and scaling new accounts
* Skilled in partnership viability, deal cycles, and closing complex deals
* A persuasive team player capable of driving consensus
* Adaptable to a dynamic, evolving environment
* Organized with attention to detail
* Strong negotiation and sales skills, able to initiate and assess relationships
* Commercially savvy, questioning deal structures and norms
* Capable of prioritizing projects effectively
* Entrepreneurial with a sense of urgency, risk-tolerant, and high standards
* Excellent communicator, fluent in English and French or German, both verbal and written

Your experience and skills include:
* Experience in target sectors and security products
* Knowledge of software products/services
* Proven B2B sales in tech, with revenue responsibility
* Business development expertise
* Existing contacts in Automotive OEMs and Tier 1s
* Understanding of automotive software, mobility, IoT, and connected devices
* Knowledge of regional regulations on security and data privacy is a plus
Qualifications:
* Degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable
* MBA is a plus but not essential
