The role
They’ve built a huge, engaged audience through smart content & strategic marketing, with thousands of loyal followers. Now, they want someone to help increase awareness & engagement. You’ll be the face of the brand, blending creativity with connection, creating engaging content while working closely with customers and the team to understand what truly matters to them.
You’ll become a presenter on their YouTube channel and across socials, delivering high-quality video content that informs and captivates, as well as delivering online events and sharing valuable insights. You’ll also work closely with the founders & in-house experts to draw on their knowledge and craft content showcasing the business’s expertise.
You will develop scripts, plan video topics, and structure information in an easy-to-understand and enjoyable manner. You’ll share content on social media and repurpose videos and written content across channels.
What we’re looking for:
If you love presenting, teaching, and bringing ideas to life on camera, this is your chance to shine. You have experience presenting on video, whether on YouTube, webinars, or other platforms, and possess articulate & infectious energy that connects with audiences. You can break down complex ideas into simple, actionable insights, and a genuine interest in property is a plus, though not required.
Most importantly, you’re creative, proactive in spotting opportunities, and eager to share ideas. Whether it’s a new campaign approach, process improvements, or fresh ideas, you thrive in a collaborative environment. If solving marketing puzzles and driving business growth excites you, this role is ideal.
Attitude & temperament are key – the brand has made a significant market impact through smart positioning, marketing, and differentiation. You should understand how to leverage creativity, social & digital technology, and marketing channels to deliver valuable communications.
