The Role - Bedford
In this role, you will:
* Deliver engaging, nurture-based lessons to small groups and on a 1:1 basis
* Support pupils with SEMH needs, focusing on emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
* Apply trauma-informed and attachment-aware approaches consistently
* Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes aligned with EHCP outcomes
* Work collaboratively with SENCOs, pastoral teams, therapists, and external professionals
* Create a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

We are seeking SEN Class Teacher who:
* Holds QTS or QTLS (desirable), or has strong experience within an SEN/SEMH setting
* Has experience supporting pupils with SEMH, trauma, or behavioural needs
* Demonstrates resilience, patience, and consistency
* Builds positive, restorative relationships with pupils
* Can reliably commute to Bedford
* Is committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
* Is motivated to continue their professional development
