Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do


You’ll step into a pivotal role at the heart of a transformative merger, where you’ll lead the charge in shaping the future of HR technology. As the go-to expert for all things HRIS, you’ll balance the day-to-day operations of two legacy systems while driving a seamless integration into one unified, future-ready platform. Your work will directly impact employee experience, operational efficiency, and the success of a major business transformation.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

* Lead and inspire the HR Systems team, ensuring smooth operations across SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle Fusion.
* Act as the bridge between HR, IT, and shared services to align systems with evolving business needs.
* Provide expert guidance on how to enhance employee experience through automation, digitalisation, and self-service.
* Own the HRIS roadmap during the merger, overseeing the consolidation of platforms and ensuring a smooth transition.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Legal, and Finance to deliver a joined-up integration plan.
* Develop and execute a detailed delivery plan for HRIS consolidation, aligned with the joint business strategy.
* Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security across all HR systems.
* Lead change management efforts to support user adoption, including training and communication strategies.
* Stay ahead of HR tech trends and bring innovative ideas to the table to future-proof the organisation.

Who you are


* A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a knack for building strong business cases.
* Proven experience leading SAP SuccessFactors operations and implementations; Oracle Fusion knowledge is a plus.
* A track record of success in HR system integration or transformation, especially in merger or acquisition contexts.
* Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and how to enable them digitally.
* Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments and group-level governance.
* Strong vendor management and negotiation skills—you know how to hold partners accountable.
* Expert in data governance, compliance, and system security standards.
* Passionate about leveraging HR tech to enhance employee experience and drive business value.
* Confident using HR data and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
