Ideal Candidate:
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working in a school science laboratory would be preferable
An interest in Biology would be advantageous, although on the job training will be provided
Competent use of IT systems including MS Outlook and Word
An interest in supporting technicians in Chemistry is desirable
Team-player
Flexibility to provide support to a busy department
Well organised and able to plan independently
Attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills

This is a permanent full-time, term-time role, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday (8 am to 4 pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break), starting on Thursday 26th February
Salary paid will be commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate
Parking within the campus grounds. The campus is easily accessed by car and bus; there is a bus stop located outside the campus serving several routes across the city and to rail stations
