On average 39 hours a week – flexibility required to ensure the smooth running of the home

YPs aged 6–12 on admission with EBD and trauma
Qualifications Required:
* Minimum Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
* Level 5 in Leadership and Management (achieved or working towards)
Experience in Years Required:
At least 2 years as a Manager in a Children’s Residential Setting within the last 5 years

You will have a proven track record with Ofsted and experience managing a team in a children’s residential setting. The ideal candidate will be a natural at building rapport with children, demonstrating resilience and commitment to their wellbeing.
