* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, including restocking shelves.
* Process transactions accurately at the till, handling cash and card payments efficiently.
* Assist in managing inventory by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
* Provide product knowledge to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
* Participate in promotional activities and events as required.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is essential.
