Requirements
As Service Advisor you will provide outstandingcustomer care and be the vital link between our customers and theworkshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keepthe customer updated at every stage whilst answering any questionsor queries they may have. You will also liaise with Technicians& workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure thatvehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability togive best advice on manufacturer products and services tocustomers.
We are looking for individuals with a proven trackrecord within a customer facing environment. We require individualswho can solve problems quickly and possess a strong attitudetowards delivering excellent customer service levels. You will alsohave excellent organisational and administrative skills along withgood attention to detail with passion for the automotive industry.A working knowledge of Kerridge systems would be advantageous butnot essential.
