What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across different year groups
* Confidently covering teacher absence
* Running targeted booster and intervention sessions
* Supporting pupils with additional needs
* Encouraging positive behaviour and focused learning
Schools are looking for professionals who are reliable, adaptable and ready to take the lead when needed.
What you’ll need:
* HLTA qualification or strong classroom leadership experience
* Confidence managing behaviour in a classroom setting
* Flexibility to work across year groups
* Excellent communication skills
* SEND experience is welcomed but not essential
