• Proven experience in leasing, real estate sales, or a high-performance sales environment
• Strong sales acumen with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets

• Knowledge of leasing practices and fair housing regulations
• Experience with leasing software/CRM systems (Yardi is an asset)
