They are currently expanding their Service Management team in Manchester to support a number of their Key Accounts.
This a hybrid working model in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
* Customer and Stakeholder Management
* Service Reviews
* Escalation Management
* Continual Service Improvement
Required Skills/Experience:
* 3+ years in a Service Management role
* MSP & ISP experience (desirable)
* ITIL Best Practices
Package:
* £55,000 - £60,000 Salary (Experience Dependent)
* Extensive Benefits Package
