We are recruiting Psychology students and graduates to work across secondary schools in Swindon in supporting roles as either Teaching Assistants or Cover Supervisors, helping to make a real difference in young people's lives. ________________________________________ The Roles: You'll be working in local secondary schools (ages 11-16) in one of the following roles: * Teaching Assistant - supporting students in class, including those with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs * Cover Supervisor - supervising pre-planned lessons during teacher absence and supporting positive behaviour and engagement Both roles offer valuable, hands-on experience working with young people in a school environment. ________________________________________ The Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm * Choose to work 2-5 days per week * Flexible work to suit your studies, childcare, or other commitments ________________________________________ The Pay: * £90 - £120 per day (PAYE) * Paid weekly * Rate dependent on role and experience ________________________________________ No School Experience? No Problem! No previous school-based experience is required.
