Job Title: HR Coordinator

Job Purpose / Objectives
To provide operational HR support to the technical department, ensuring efficient coordination of people processes aligned with project priorities and technical milestones. This role supports the delivery of HR services that enable engineering, performance, and aerodynamics teams to operate effectively within organisational objectives.
Key Accountabilities
* Manage contractor planning and administration.
* Coordinate performance review cycles in alignment with engineering project timelines.
* Organise and track timesheets to ensure Cost Cap compliance.
* Maintain and update the Engineering, Performance & Aerodynamics Skills Matrix.
* Coordinate training initiatives in partnership with the Talent Development team.
* Oversee desk allocation for new starters and internal moves.
* Administer new starter processes, including system setup and induction scheduling.
* Support secondment programmes and rotational placements aligned to technical project needs.
* Own and maintain HR‑related content on the Engineering SharePoint page.
* Track and administer budgets for Engineering HR activities.
* Provide general HR budget reporting and support.
* Coordinate recruitment activities as required.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
* Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
