Customer Service Advisor
Location: Heywood
Hours: 25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm (with flexibility for rota changes and occasional weekend work)
Pay: £12.21 per hour

What you’ll be doing:
1. Responding to customer emails and handling incoming calls
2. Providing exceptional service and support to every customer
3. Using our systems confidently – strong PC knowledge is essential
4. Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
5. Previous retail or customer service experience
6. Good computer skills and a professional telephone manner
7. A flexible approach to working hours (some weekend availability required)
8. A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
