About FaultFixers:
FaultFixers is a multi-award-winning property and facilities maintenance management software. Our customers use FaultFixers to digitise their entire maintenance operations across their sites - tracking breakdowns, automating compliance tasks, and managing assets all in one place.
We're helping customers throw out the paper trail and scrap the spreadsheets in one of the most traditionally outdated sectors 😱. With property maintenance often being the second-largest cost centre after staffing, our mission is to make the process smarter, faster, and fully digital.
We’re disrupting a space that’s long overdue an overhaul - and we’re leading the charge 🚀
FaultFixers’ Journey:
We launched in early 2020 and have grown rapidly, working with everyone from Care Homes and Schools to Contractors and Government agencies (like the UK Foreign Office 🇬🇧). Our customers range from man-in-a-van operations to organisations with hundreds of buildings.
With fresh investment secured, 2025 is all about smart growth, continued innovation, and making our software the go-to name in modern maintenance.
Backed by a top-tier group of angels, operators, and FTSE 100 execs, our team is now 13-strong and scaling fast.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Product Marketer to lead our marketing efforts end-to-end - from first impressions on our website to successful conversions through to trial, download, and deal. You’ll be our first full-time marketing hire, taking ownership of everything from content and collateral to strategy and spend.
This is a senior role where you’ll be expected to work autonomously and strategically, helping shape how we present ourselves to the world and bring customers into the pipeline. You’ll work closely with our founders, sales, customer success, and product teams.
If you’re a scrappy marketer who can do the doing and think big picture - this is your moment.
Responsibilities:
Own and maintain our marketing website (built on Webflow), including copy, structure, and conversion improvements
* Drive and optimise ad spend across key channels (Google, LinkedIn etc.)
* Deliver SEO strategy and execution to bring in organic traffic
* Improve conversion rates at every stage: trial sign-ups, downloads, inbound traffic
* Manage our social media presence and run targeted campaigns
* Lead email marketing and newsletters for prospects and customers
* Keep our public-facing messaging aligned with product releases and feature updates
* Create compelling collateral, content, and landing pages to support sales and onboarding
* Develop and nurture partnerships with complementary software and referral platforms (e.g. Cello)
* Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to inform GTM strategy for new features
* Support and enable the Sales team with inbound activity, MQLs, and deal progression
Who you are:
* Experienced in B2B SaaS product marketing (ideally in an early-stage or scale-up environment)
* Comfortable taking the lead, making decisions, and prioritising efforts
* A strong writer and communicator - able to clearly explain product value in human terms
* Curious, data-informed, and creative in testing new growth ideas
* Familiar with tools like Webflow, Hubspot, Intercom - and able to get hands-on
* Well-organised and able to juggle multiple campaigns or initiatives
* Ideally have some experience in facilities, property, compliance, or operational tech (not required)
* Bonus: You’ve worked with or run partnership programmes before
