Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with our educational standards.
* Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles and needs.
* Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing and feedback, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
* Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and development.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and cooperation among students.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to students and parents.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a love for the arts.
* Patience and empathy, with the ability to understand individual student needs and adapt accordingly.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise in the classroom setting.
