Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members and management
* Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries accordingly
* Maintain accurate data entry records and organise files efficiently
* Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and the CRM System
* Assist with scheduling appointments
* Support invoicing and financial record keeping using QuickBooks
* Handle general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
* Ensure the organisation of office supplies and inventory management
* Support other administrative tasks as required to facilitate daily operations
Qualifications
* Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Previous data entry or clerical experience is advantageous
