Working from Home (Shaftesbury area, covering Yeovil) | £32,000 - £38,000 per annum | 35 hours per week | Monday - Friday | Permanent | Company Car Provided
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Field Sales & Account Manager for a client in the agricultural sector. This is a home-based role covering the Yeovil area, offering the opportunity to visit clients, generate new business, and manage existing accounts. A company car is provided for client visits.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about farming or insurance/account handling, with excellent relationship-building, customer service, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service existing agricultural clients and provide tailored solutions.
2. Generate new business and follow up on leads.
3. Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships with honesty and integrity.
4. Proactively solve client challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Manage accounts within a defined geographical area, promoting insurance products and farm health and safety services.
6. Organise and manage a varied workload effectively.
