Key Responsibilities of Level 3 Nursery Practitioner:
* Support the daily care, supervision, and development of children aged 0–5 years.
* Plan and deliver fun, creative, and stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
* Maintain accurate observations and records of children’s progress.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
L3 Nursery Practitioner Requirements:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (desirable).
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
