We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Welder to join our fabrication team. This position performs advanced pipe and structural welding, working from technical drawings to produce high-quality components that support our production goals. This is a hands-on, skilled role requiring precision, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform pipe and structural steel welding at a journeyman level
2. Interpret and work from blueprints and weld specifications
3. Complete fabrication assignments with high first-pass quality and efficiency
4. Maintain welding equipment, tools, and workspace
5. Support team production schedules and collaborate with fabrication crew
6. Occasionally operate forklifts and company vehicles as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
7. Proficient in GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW (TIG) welding processes
8. Must be able to pass 6G Carbon & Stainless Steel GTAW pipe weld tests
9. Experience in pipe fitting and/or structural fitting
10. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
11. Familiarity with shop fabrication tools (oxy/fuel torch, plasma, band saw, etc.)
12. Must hold a valid Washington State driver’s license
