Job Description

3. Plan, execute, and oversee digital and process improvement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
4. Apply appropriate project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2), maintaining risk, issue, and dependency management.
5. Contribute guidance and ideas to help the business innovate and improve its practices using technology.
6. Work with business leaders to prioritise initiatives and manage expectations around scope, timelines, and benefits.
7. Provide day-to-day oversight for delivery resources including Digital Business Analyst(s) and Systems Developers, ensuring effective collaboration.
8. Support rollouts and adoption of new systems and processes, embedding them into business operations.
9. Track and report on measurable improvements delivered by projects, ensuring alignment to the business transformation agenda.
10. Help refine project practices, knowledge sharing, and lessons learned across the function.

The Successful Applicant

Essential

11. Proven experience delivering business or digital transformation projects.
12. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
13. Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
14. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - comfortable engaging at all levels.
15. Ability to balance governance with pragmatism, adapting methods to suit the project.
16. Experience coordinating both technical and business resources.

Desirable

17. Recognised qualifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP, or Agile certifications.
18. Experience with low-code/no-code solutions or CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
19. Background in business process improvement.
20. Familiarity with working alongside Business Analysts and Developers in delivery teams.
21. Knowledge of change management frameworks.
