Key Responsibilities
* Report to the MD and develop broad, strategic marketing plans.
* Build on the company's market-leading brand identity.
* Drive lead generation across key markets.
* Manage and optimize marketing spend across digital and traditional channels, including advertising, exhibitions, CRM, sponsorship, paid search, content, and video.
* Lead and develop a small marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.
About You
* Experience in manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
* Autonomous operator comfortable working independently within a close-knit commercial team.
* Passionate about brand equity and lead generation.
* Experienced in integrated strategic B2B marketing across digital and traditional channels.
* Down-to-earth, authentic, and excited to contribute to a growing business.
