We're looking for a Degree Apprentice Design Manager to join our Construction team based in Southampton working towards a Level 6 apprenticeship in Construction Management.

Location: Southampton
Hours: 40hrs per week
Salary: £22,000 – £35,000+ upon completion
Start date: September 2026

How a Degree Apprenticeship Works
As a Degree Apprentice Design Manager, you will gain practical experience while studying towards a BSc Construction Site Management with Sheffield Hallam. All tuition and accommodation fees are covered.
Your Day to Day
* Assist in managing the design of a project section or work package, ensuring quality and compliance of design.
* Work alongside the wider construction teams and report on the progress of any projects, liaising with clients, consultants, and sub‑contractors.
* Attend university during pre‑determined block weeks to attend lectures and meet other students.

Qualifications
* 5 GCSE at Grade 4 or above including Maths and English
* 2 A‑Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications (T‑Level, BTEC National Certificate/Diploma/Extended Diploma or Advanced Diploma)
* Other Level 3 BTEC qualifications may also be considered
