Overview
We are recruiting for a Primary Coordination Team Leader to work in Primary at Avara Foods, Hereford.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate with Team Leaders and Shift Managers to ensure accurate data capture and drive performance improvements
* Lead analysis of downtime and quality loss events across the Kill to Chill process
* Monitor compliance with safety, food safety, bird welfare, and operational standards
* Use CI tools and data to identify and implement process improvements
* Collaborate with engineering to drive improvements using the PDCA cycle
* Work closely with engineering and CI teams to implement improvements
* Target and support improvements in OEE performance
* Report key findings and results to management
* Maintain adherence to Avara Foods safety and hygiene standards
* Ensure all Company policies, standards, processes are met and adhered to
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
* Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably poultry or food production
* Strong problem-solving skills and experience in change management
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience leading structured meetings and engaging cross-functional teams
* Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
* Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
