What You'll Do
* Field Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and interpret geotechnical field data, including mapping, testing, and inspections.
* Design & Development: Support the development of geotechnical designs and feasibility studies.
* Project Coordination: Align field requirements with short-term plans, mine development, and environmental protection.
* Technical Reporting: Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and contribute to reservoir characterization and simulation.
* Innovation & Knowledge Sharing: Lead internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to technical developments.
* Client Engagement: Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
What You Bring
* A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
* 6–10 years of relevant experience, including supervision of junior colleagues.
* Advanced skills in geotechnical analysis, geophysical and geochemical interpretation, and data management.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver innovative engineering solutions.
* Strong competencies in collaboration, decision-making, planning, and technical leadership.
