ENGINEERING ADMINISTRATOR
Carbon60 is looking to recruit an Engineering Administrator to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Southampton.
ROLE: Engineering Administrator
PAY RATE: 13.31 p/h, circa 27,000 per annum
JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm
LOCATION: Southampton (SO16)
HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday, 7am - 2:30pm Friday, 30 mins unpaid lunch, 39 hours/week
ROLE:
* This role is focused on supporting the Flow Valves team on-site.
* Ordering stock.
* Inputting hours for front office payroll.
* Liaising with Engineers on site to conduct data entry, such as loading job cards onto the system.
* Administration tasks using MS office, primarily Outlook and Excel.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
* A good eye for detail and a methodical approach will be required to be successful in the role.
* Prior strong administrative experience is essential - advantageous if in an Engineering setting.
* Strong communication skills to coordinate with overseas suppliers / internal networks.
