Are you a skilled Customer Service Advisor?
* Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for communicating with internal and external customers to deliver excellent customer service standards.
* The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the customer service team to contribute to the department's success and exceed customer service standards within SUEZ.
What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
* Managing incoming calls or correspondence from customers.
* Logging disputes from customers to relevant departments via internal channels.
* Communicating across all levels within the business to resolve customer queries swiftly and accurately.
* Monitoring response times of logged customer disputes to support our customers and uphold SUEZ values.
The role also involves general office administration.
What are the requirements?
* Demonstrable passion for customer service and strong communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a small team, maintaining an upbeat and friendly attitude.
* Basic IT skills, customer service experience, and teamwork abilities.
* Previous office experience is advantageous but not essential.
