We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kent 향. Day-to-day of the role
* Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilising knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling, and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
* Analyse and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to maximise efficiency in the production process.
* Collaborate with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products and assist in the transition from product development to production.
* Design, develop, and test various tools, machinery, and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods.
* Perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.
* Represent manufacturing during cross-functional projects, ensuring designs are manufacturable and that manufacturing issues are addressed during the design phase.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience as an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and control systems.
* Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Ability to work under a continental shift pattern, ensuring flexibility and commitment.
