About Culinary Collective
Culinary Collective is building "cities within cities." We don’t just run restaurants; we curate entire districts. From our established hub at The Lowline in Borough to our massive new 100-unit development in West London, we are creating destinations that blend our own high-performance brands (Heard, Pyro, Flat Iron Square, Spring Street Pizza) with a curated community of sub-tenant vendors.
We are looking for a strategic Head of Estates & Facilities to oversee the physical infrastructure of this expanding portfolio.
What You’ll Achieve in Your First 12 Months
● Estate Digitalisation: Procure and implement a cloud-based system across all sites. This system must centralise asset tracking, maintenance tickets, and compliance docs for both our own units and sub-tenants.
● Commercial Triage System: Build a triaging workflow that clearly separates owner costs from tenant recharges. You will turn our maintenance support into a streamlined revenue generating service where tenant requests are triaged, resolved, and automatically billed back to them where appropriate.
● Vendor Strategy & Procurement: Audit our current supply chain to build a preferred supplier list for security and cleaning. You will decide what we self-deliver with in-house teams and what we outsource to get the best blend of speed and cost-efficiency.
● Total Compliance Assurance: Assume total responsibility for Health & Safety across the estates. This means ensuring our own units are 100% compliant while implementing a rigorous auditing framework to ensure our sub-tenants are meeting their statutory obligations.
● Asset Lifecycle Management: Move us from fix on fail to a preventative maintenance structure. You will build a Capex budget and asset lifecycle plan for high-value items (HVAC, extraction, refrigeration, tool etc..) maintaining equipment uptime.
● Team Leadership & Structure: Recruit, train, and lead the day-to-day facilities teams across each site. You will ensure every location has strong on the ground support to handle immediate escalation paths while maintaining a unified standard of service across the group.
The Package
● Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (Dependent on experience).
● Holiday: Unlimited paid holiday. We focus on outcomes, not hours.
● Bonus: Performance-based bonus tied to Estate Compliance, Budget Efficiency, and Tenant Service Levels.
Why Join Us?
We are looking for a builder, not a caretaker. This is a rare opportunity to design the operational infrastructure for one of London’s most ambitious real estate projects. You will have the freedom to select your systems, build your team, and define how a modern mixed-use estate should run. If you are ready to move from maintaining the status quo to building a legacy, we’d love to speak with you.
