What you'll be doing:
* Exploring people data to uncover patterns, trends and ideas that help us understand what's really going on
* Producing clear, engaging monthly insight packs for senior leaders
* Bringing together data from different sources across voice surveys, attrition, hiring performance and connecting the dots
* Supporting HRBPs with practical, action‑focused insights
* Helping manage and deliver projects in the Retail People Plan from planning through to execution
* Getting involved in everything from risk reporting to culture insights to cyclical HR processes
* Working closely with Group HR Analytics and Finance to shape how we measure and interpret our people landscape
* Turning complex information into simple, compelling storytelling
Qualifications:
* Strong data literacy – you enjoy working with numbers and making sense of them
* Good Excel capability (formulas, lookups, joining data, pivot tables)
* Ability to explain insight clearly, even to non‑technical audiences
* Curiosity, problem‑solving mindset and confidence to ask questions
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
* Power BI and Oracle familiarity helpful (or willingness to learn quickly)
* Some experience in reporting, analysis or insights from HR people analytics or any analytical function
