Life assurance with the option to increase cover We’re open to flexible working options – just ask What you’ll do day to day Monitor the progress of vehicles through the preparation process and ensure that they meet agreed quality control standards as well as identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the process, keeping all parties updated Conduct regular inspections of vehicles, managing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that they meet quality standards in line with preparation requirements Capture quality photographs of vehicle stock to showcase inventory online Maintain accurate records of all vehicles produced Liaise with suppliers and contractors as required to ensure that all necessary repairs are completed Gridding vehicles and identifying any vehicle preparation issues that may prevent a car from selling, suggesting ways to improve the preparation and increase sales Manage and process vehicles throughout the whole journey in the dealership Build and maintain positive relationships with all team members Managing flow of vehicles both in and out of the site and completing relevant collection/delivery notes identifying and recording and damage, missing parts or issues Registering and controlling key management and vehicle security Working with various logistics companies to maximise efficiencies for deliveries on site Helpful skills and qualifications Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here − if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you.
