Position: Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Marketing Lead
Location: London Office
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, in-office
Hours: Office hours 10am-6pm UK time; occasional flexibility will be required according to global needs
Salary: £30,000-40,000 commensurate with experience
Tarisio is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in writing and content creation to support the delivery of our global marketing initiatives from the London office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized and creative communicator who can craft compelling messaging across digital platforms.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead in New York andworking closely with the wider international team, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of global campaigns, producing high-quality social media and digital content and assisting in day-to-day marketing operations. The successful candidate will help elevate Tarisio’s online presence, ensuring brand voice is consistent, engaging and aligned across all channels, and help to streamline internal marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Execution
* Support the Marketing Lead in the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube for our New York, London and Berlin offices
* Support the creation and distribution of diverse campaigns and email newsletters
* Support website updates and Carteggio features
Day-to-day Support
* Maintain campaign and content calendars
* Assist with auction-related marketing, including catalogue promotion and client communications
* Coordinate logistics for marketing events, partnerships and press initiatives
* Monitor campaign performance and share insights with the Marketing Lead
* Provide administrative support to the Marketing Lead, ensuring smooth campaign execution
* Collaborate with Sales and Consignment teams to highlight stories, musicians and collector features
Personal Specifications
* 1+ year of marketing or communications experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
* Experience in content creation, (graphic design and video editing) for social media
* Ability to use Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
* Strong writing background; excellent verbal and written communication
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a fast-paced team
* Creative, proactive and eager to learn
* Familiarity with the string music industry or related arts sector
* Additional language skills preferred, but not required
* 28 days annual leave per year
