Principal Development Surveyor needed in Nottingham Paying £39.34 per hr ref 1582741 Full time hours on a temporary basis We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Development Surveyor to lead and manage complex property development and regeneration projects. This is a key role within our Property and Regeneration team, responsible for delivering strategic land and property initiatives that support economic growth, housing delivery, and community benefit. Key Responsibilities Lead on the delivery of major development and regeneration projects from inception to completion. Provide expert advice on land acquisition, disposal, valuation, and development viability. Manage external consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Negotiate with developers, landowners, and stakeholders to secure best value and community outcomes. Prepare and present reports to senior management, elected members, and committees. Support the development of strategic asset management plans and investment strategies.
