Our client is looking for individuals to join their warehouse team to cover their evening shifts (6pm start and finish around 2am but can be later). During your training period you will be employed on a temporary and can expect in-depth training and mentoring to help you get up to speed. Once you hit 85% of your KPI, you will start earning a bonus on top of your hourly rate and this has seen many employees earning around £3500 every four weeks (you can earn more). The better you do at your job, the more you earn and the happier the company is. As a temporary member of staff, your initial hourly rate will be between £12.20 and £13 and once you pass your training and probation (usually 12 weeks), this will go up as well as giving you a great range of employee perks and benefits. There are opportunities for Pickers and Fork Lift Drivers. As well as opportunities to train to drive forklift or HGV. Some pickers have progressed to office based or management roles. A good team player, able to get on with your team mates. A good level of written and spoken English. Positive and motivated. Able to work to targets.
