Overview
We are seeking a seasoned SAP logistics professional to design, implement, and support end‑to‑end WMS‑to‑ERP integration solutions for PUMA’s wholesale, retail, and e‑commerce channels, with a focus on the SAP S/4 HANA Fashion solution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement transactional business processes across PUMA’s wholesale, retail, and e‑commerce channels.
- Analyze, improve, and redesign business processes and manage their implementation in the SAP S/4 HANA Fashion solution.
- Lead the roll‑out of the SAP S/4 HANA Fashion solution to PUMA subsidiaries.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end integration scenarios between S/4 HANA and local/global WMS providers.
- Act as the lead translator for requirements engineering, communicating technical specs (IDOCs, API) with developers and explaining business impacts to stakeholders.
- Manage master data synchronization and inventory alignment between SAP and WMS systems.
- Oversee outbound flow: delivery creation, picking requests, and shipment confirmation loops.
- Oversee inbound flow: purchase order staging, inbound delivery notifications, and goods receipt postings.
- Facilitate mapping workshops with WMS counterparts to agree on field‑level logic, segments, and qualifiers.
- Lead end‑to‑end testing, including smoke tests, UAT, and hyper‑care for warehouse go‑lives.
- Plan and execute cutover activities, defining blackout procedures and trial cutovers during the “blackout period.”
- Maintain and govern the Puma EBP template to standardize and scale warehouse integrations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of hands‑on functional experience in SAP logistics, focused on S/4 HANA (SD, MM, and LE modules).
- Demonstrated track record of delivering at least 2–3 full‑lifecycle end‑to‑end WMS‑to‑ERP integration projects, preferably with global templates or large‑scale distribution centers.
- Deep operational understanding of inbound and outbound warehouse processes (e.g., wave picking, cross‑docking, returns processing, inventory reconciliation).
- Experience in the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with EDI/IDoc structures relevant to warehouse operations (ARTMAS, DESADV/SHPORD, SHPCON/WHSCON).
- Experience organizing and leading mapping workshops and translating requirements into field‑level mapping specs (XML, JSON, IDoc segments).
- Experience managing technical and operational cutovers, including blackout procedures, trial cutovers, and initial stock uploads (LTMC, LSMW, or migration cockpits).
- Strong technical translation skills, able to convert complex SAP template rules into actionable requirements for local warehouse IT teams.
- Fluent English required; German or other regional languages are a strong asset.
