Now entering an exciting new phase with the launch of an AI-driven product, they’re hiring a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of brand, content, and lead generation strategy.
The Role
This is a standalone, hands-on position for someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment. You’ll shape how the business shows up across all touchpoints — from website and content to events and campaigns — and play a critical role in driving commercial growth.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Owning brand and content across web, social, and campaigns
* Managing the website and SEO performance
* Leading organic social and event activity to boost visibility and pipeline
* Creating product and thought-leadership content that drives engagement
* Generating c.30 marketing-qualified leads per quarter
* Partnering closely with Growth, BD, and Sales teams to align marketing with revenue goals
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a startup or scale-up
* Experience within insights, consulting, or marketing services a plus
* Strong background in content creation, digital, and event marketing
* Confident working independently and managing external agencies
* Familiar with CRMs and automation tools (HubSpot or similar)
* Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical mindset
