Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join its Private Family Law Department in Sheffield City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking high-quality work, and clear career progression within a respected and established practice.
Position:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes, pre-nuptial agreements, child arrangements, and domestic violence matters. You will provide tailored, practical advice to clients on their legal options and represent them in court where required.
The role will involve building strong and trusted client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring a consistently high level of client care. You will conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes and will also assist with business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives. Keeping up to date with developments in family law and attending relevant training courses and seminars will form an important part of the role.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sheffield City Centre. The role is suited to a Family Solicitor with 1 to 4 years' PQE and offers a competitive salary in the region of £35,000 to £50,000, depending on experience.
