We are seeking an additional person to join our Belfast Head Office Team. The role is to support our Recruitment Teams and will have a variety of duties daily. These Will Include Assisting With Processing Applications Updating Computerised Records Obtaining Work References Ensuring all Paperwork Meets Legal Requirements Maintaining Applicant Database and Monitoring of Right To Work and Training Requirements Placing Recruitment adverts Assisting Consultants With Workforce Management Marketing Activities We are seeking a well organised person who can work to deadlines and has the ability to manage a variety of daily tasks. Good Computer and Communication skills are essential. Hours 8.45am to 5pm Daily 30 Days Holidays Including Stats.
