Painter & Decorator
Rate: Up to £23.00ph (Personal CIS)
Location: Across South Birmingham
Hours: 40 hours per week
Duration: Ongoing work
Nelson Permanent Placements are currently working with a market-leading Social Housing maintenance and construction contractor.
As a Painter, you will be required to work in void & occupied properties to work within the Damp & Mould team.
Painter Requirements:
* A Valid CSCS Skilled Card
* 2-3 years’ experience as a Painter (within Residential settings).
* Own tools and means of transport (Including clean driving licence)
* Basic DBS Certificate
