Overview
Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with responsibilities to support resident wellbeing and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
* Administering medication
* Providing hands on, high quality resident care
* Team supervisions
* Developing, implementing and updating care plans
* Adhering to CQC guidelines
* Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs
Shifts
The day shift is: 07:30 - 19:30
The night shift is: 19:30 - 07:30

Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Experience within a similar role
* Excellent people skills: supportive and great at communicating; able to build strong working relationships
* Caring by nature with an enthusiastic approach and a genuine passion for making people's lives brighter
* Great team player; works well in a team of like-minded people
* Adaptable: able to organise and prioritise varying commitments throughout each day
